I create natural, charming photographs to help you remember your wedding day as it unfolded. Photography has always been a huge passion of mine, starting from taking pictures of everything around me, to now where I get to document your big day and create everlasting memories that you and I both love!

Hello! I’m Ryan Sparkes a wedding photographer based in Cambridge but photographing weddings all over the world.

My photography career started with portrait and documentary photography, this is one of the main reasons I moved towards wedding photography. As well as wedding photography, I also do newborn and family photoshoots, and can even do portraits of your beautiful pets! However in my spare time you will find me traveling and taking pictures of the beautiful world we live in!

I am lucky enough to make a living out of the things I love, one of them being photography. I feel so honoured so I always go the extra mile to make sure I capture your wedding day perfectly; not missing a single element. I produce outstanding photographs that perfectly capture your wedding day, looking back you'll know it was a good investment My passion grows even more when I deliver the pictures to a client and I see the smiles on their faces. That's why I love my job.

I also have Cystic Fibrosis so everyday is a blessing for me! So to give back to other people I have donated a lot of my time to undertake some photography work in aid of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust even dedicating my final major project of university to my illness.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need to buy any extras?

Extras are not necessary, however they are the perfect addition to your wedding packages. My most popular extra is the Polaroid option, this is a wonderful way to capture some fun shots of your friends and family throughout the evening, all to be kept in a keepsake album with their handwritten well wishes.

Do you take formal group shots?

My work is mainly documentary photography and I will spend a large portion of the day capturing natural images of you, your families and guests.

I understand the need for some formal shots, but I recommend keeping this to a limited number of just immediate family and closest friends so the day flows smoothly.

Which areas do you cover?

I am based in Cambridgeshire, but I can travel all over the world, I have traveled to many UK locations, Hawaii and Kos to shoot weddings so far! Travel costs aren't included in the photography package price - petrol, and if needed, hotel costs are an extra charge, but I will make sure that you are aware of any additional costs!
